Pending an update of our NS server, this should now exist. Of course, setting up the technical basis is the easy part. As Gavin pointed out, having some data in there would be the logical next step. Thinking even further, I'd be delighted to assist you in adding a bit of "visual identity" to the catalogue, such as the theming at datadotgc.ca or nosdonnees.fr. A little ckan clover would make the whole thing more cozy :-)
