[ckan-discuss] proposal for creating gr.ckan.net

hello,
1. please let me introduce Spiros, who will be in charge of the greek ckan
2. it would be better to name it el.ckan.net
3. we would prefer if you can host it, at least for the begining

so, if everything is ok, let's start!
