[ckan-discuss] Twitter accounts

We / the CKAN team need to think about this carefully. There's always
a cost associated with switching something. How would we split this?
Do we want 'social' stuff to do with data on @OpenDataHub account
(e.g. new datasets, new groups, events, etc) and software development
on @ckanproject? Might it not be confusing to people to have multiple
accounts from the same project team? Do we have enough Tweeting going
on from the CKAN team to justify having both? Also is there a branding
issue re: TheDataHub.org and @OpenDataHub? I guess @OpenDataHub is
more informative, and would probably get more followers on Twitter who
do not know what CKAN is.

More generally, what kind of granularity do we want associated with
Twitter accounts at OKF? Per project, per group, on a case by case
basis? Perhaps a question for okfn-help - and we could ask advice from
social media gurus we know ;-)
