[ckan-discuss] ckan.net/thedatahub.org DB migration & downtime

As you maybe noticed, ckan.net has been less stable on the new server as
we would like it to be. We tweaked some settings which helped. I am
about to apply another change, and this one requires a little downtime.

Expect ckan/thedatahub to go offline around 17UTC (18BST, 19CEST) for
5-10min.
