[ckan-discuss] spam on no.ckan.net (Sean Hammond)

Are these existing datasets or new datasets? Existing datasets retain their
existing permissions. Also changing permissions given to new datasets come
from ini file (the ckan-admin settings just control whether you can
*create* datasets).
