[ckan-discuss] Markdown visible after log out

Hi Guys:

Yeah, it's not a log in/out issue.  I just happened to be logging in and
out when I noticed the raw markdown code. Upon further investigation I
reproduced the issue exactly like you did.  It depends on which tab you're
on, not if you're logged in or not.
