Fully agree with all of this.

Summary:

  * Each WG needs a WP site e.g. science.okfn.org
  * Each WG needs a list of members e.g. science.okfn.org/members or
science.okfn.org/wg
  * Each WG needs a group e.g. okfn.org/groups/science

Kat: lets discuss how we should proceed on this in Berlin.
