[okfn-discuss] Terms of reference for the board of directors

Thanks very much,

There is slight confusion as to which Board is being referred to - the
document talks about Boards (including the Advisory Board) and then "the
Board". It may be useful to make this explicit by "the main Board" or "the
Board of directors". Or it may be useful to have a separate document for
Advisory Board.

Also in phrases such as:
"Board members may join the board from time to time", it may be useful to
use "new Board Members" and "current Board members".

This is all more long winded, but I misread bits of it.
