[open-data-manual] Project Logo - call for ideas

It would be great to get a project-specific logo so that the manual
can really create a visual identity.

Jonathan from the OKF proposed a suggestion a few months ago.

time, I turned it down because of the iconography's connotation with
the Bible.

Quite rightly, Rufus has raised the issue again now that we have a
theme more or less sorted.

What are people's ideas for bringing in design talent?
