[open-government] Material from Open Government Data Camp 2010

this dossier you mention below seemed a very good idea,

we have been waiting to study its content

any idea when it is going to be available?

can we have an online copy posted somewhere on the web?

can people add their own materials or do you have to filter
the stuff?

do you need any help with publishing it?
