[open-government] [euopendata] Reminder: Open Data Challenge: €20,000 of prizes, 5 weeks left to enter!

Hi Jonathan. 

As you know, we will be celebrating our second edition of Desafío AbreDatos in Spain next weekend. We have managed to raise €10k to award three prizes. 

So far we have 50 teams signed up, and we will try to get those teams to enter the Open Data Challenge as well.
