[open-government] Launch of Europe’s Energy: a new mini-app to put the European energy targets into context!

We're also very interested in doing an international version. Please
let me know if you have any ideas for people we could contact at the
UN about getting more, better quality open energy data, or if you have
any cunning ideas about interesting occasions that we could use an
excuse to launch an international version.

We're just at the beginning of a long and iterative process of using
data + technology to make it easier to engage with complex and
important issues. ;-)
