   _MESSAGE FROM KARIN_

In 2010 a standard was built to make sure more aid information is actually
better information. In 2011 the information needs to start flowing.

This year begins with finalising the international aid transparency standard
in February, and culminates in the High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness in
December, 3 years after donors [2]committed to making their aid more
   transparent in Accra.

Between now and December we need to use key events such as the G8, G20,
OECD, IMF and World Bank meetings as milestones on the path to donors
   publishing what they fund.

As the agenda moves to implementation there should be a place to discuss aid
transparency’s challenges and practical implications; that is why Publish
What You Fund is launching the Aid Transparency Blog with [3]Devex next
week. Please do visit and join the conversation.
