[open-government] New releases from São Paulo?

This dataset has been added as:

http://br.ckan.net/package/cmsp

I couldn't find neither contact information nor a specified licence for the
data.

Jonathan, the BR community instance of CKAN should perhaps be called "CKAN
Brazil" or "CKAN Brasil" (the country), not CKAN Brasília (the capitol city)
on datacatalogs.org. The catalog id should be changed to reflect this as
well.
