[open-government] Random Hacks Of Kindness - Oxford

Thanks guys. It is a shame that RHoK and ODHD fall on the same day,
hopefully this can be changed for next year.

We're going to have one of the IATI guys with us at the event, and I'm sure
he'll be looking at ways to get involved. We're also keeping our doors open
to ODHD peoples as I don't think there is an Open Data event in the area on
that weekend. Hopefully some cross polination will be a good thing.

Good luck to all the ODHD and RHoK events. Happy hacking :)

Kevin
