[open-government] Best examples of EU businesses using open data?

* http://opencorporates.com - "The Open Database Of The Corporate World.
Free And Open Company Data on over 30 million companies. Provides Google
Refine reconciliation service, and soon a full-blown API"
* http://openlylocal.com - "Information on over 160 councils, with over
£14billion of spending data. Soon to include planning applications"

There's also Euroalert and cyclestreets, and ScraperWiki, but sure they can
speak for themselves.
