[open-government] Open Data Resource Kit + Open Data Handbook?

I spotted the Open Data Resource Kit this a few weeks ago and meant to flag
it on the list:

Might it be worth contacting them at some point to see if they'd be up for
integrating some of this material into the Open Data Handbook [1]?
