Ole,

We have a ticket open for this: https://github.com/okfn/opendatacensus/issues/172 If we remove the orange/amber, do we still have an issue with the red and green? would be good to have the views of more colour blind viewers...

Best regards,

Laura

Hi,

I am colorblind too. Its always very sad to watch at graphics that can´t be interpreted because of the problematic choice of colors. There are a multiple platforms that provide colorblind RGB schemes. Its just a small step for the designer but a huge step for colrblind people.

Would be really great if that can taken into account!

All the best

Hi Christian,

I'm colorblind (I still see lots of colors, though!) and it's impossible for me to distinguish the green from what I'm guessing is orange at the URL below, for example. Can you change the orange to another color? Blue would be great at any lightness/saturation.

Dear all,

A few days ago we've launched a brand new and improved submission system for the Open Data Census; the citizen sourced assessment tool for open government data.

We are therefore inviting the public to help submit datasets to map government data in their country - or suggest updates to existing entries:

http://2013.census.okfn.org/contribute/

Anyone can submit, and if you're furthermore interested in helping review submissions, then get in touch with us on the Open Data Census discussion list [1] or write to us on census at okfn.org<mailto:census at okfn.org>.
