[OpenSpending] [PB] How can we build software for open budgeting?

Hi All,

Many thanks to all of you who filled in your availability on the Doodle
poll for the participatory budgeting call.

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a time that everyone can make
universally, however the most popular spot appears to be: *5:00 PM UK time,
this Wednesday - 29th Feb. *

I am sure that there will be far more material than we can fit into one
hour, so if you can't make it, fear not: I'll attempt to summarise the
notes from the meeting and send them round to the group and we'll have a
followup call if necessary.
