[OpenSpending] Moldova BOOST data

Hi Victoria, Richard, all

At the community hangout last week Richard from Government Spending Watch
mentioned that Moldova is publishing granular expenditure data from the
BOOST<http://web.worldbank.org/WBSITE/EXTERNAL/TOPICS/EXTPUBLICSECTORANDGOVERNANCE/0,,contentMDK:23150652~pagePK:148956~piPK:216618~theSitePK:286305,00.html>program
of the World Bank. I wondered if Victoria and Expert Grup would
have an interest in this data?

@Victoria: I have added the link for the data at: progress.openspending.org.
If you have links to more updated the expenditure data, could you update
the information?

It would be great to see the data make it onto OpenSpending, and
collaborate around finding ways to look into it!
