[annotator-dev] Annotation uri empty in openshakespeare example.

@Ewald, are you sure this is bug in the  Annotator JS client and not in 
the Annotator-store ?
Have you tried inspecting the content of the POST requests the annotator 
sends to the store and checking whether or not the 'quote' attribute is 
empty?
