[annotator-dev] Annotator 1.0.0rc4 with IE9 support

Hey all,

I've just tagged a new build of the Annotator (v1.0.0rc4) and added it to
the downloads page <http://github.com/okfn/annotator/downloads/>. The main
feature of this release is support for Internet Explorer 9.

While all our unit tests are passing and the styles appear to be rendering
correctly it would be great to get a few testers to check out the new
release. So if anyone has a copy of IE9 installed, you can view the latest
code over on the demo page. <http://okfn.github.com/annotator/demo/> or
download a copy from the downloads area.

Also included in this version of annotator-full is the "setupPlugins"
method. To quickly set up all the default plugins just run.

    $('#content').annotator().annotator("setupPlugins");
