[annotator-dev] Debugging issue with connexions and annotator

Hi Mark,

I thought I'd email you with a quick update on this. I've managed to fix the
reported issue and get the annotator loading on the http://cnx.org/ pages.
However fixing this revealed another issue in that the annotator does not
currently work with pages served as XHTML. This is due to the way we've
implemented the xpaths for de-serialising the annotations.

I'm just looking into a fix for this new issue and will let you know when I
have a working build.
