[annotator-dev] Annotator "Preview" Release

A v1.0 alpha of Annotator has been released reflecting the huge work
(ground-up rewrite) over the last 6 months:

All feedback on current system most welcome!

Next steps I think are a wordpress plugin and some further core
improvements primarily in backend around access control.
