[annotator-dev] Annotator offline and touch device support

Thanks Aron.  I am quite interested in the idea of annotation on mobile devices, particularly the new Kindles.  I tried your demo link on my IPhone but couldn't manage to highlight any of the text.  Please keep us posted as you continue development.
