[annotator-dev] Add ids to annotators

Hi Folks,

I am attempting to link to specific annotations within a text, and I think the way to do it is to add their ids to the highlight span, as the value of an id attribute.

Based on this posting from last September, I have added a few lines to annotator.coffee (lines 44-48, AKA lines 311-315 in the original), which results in an Uncaught ReferenceError: Delegator is not defined.
