great! Yes, if you do have any chance to test this with some "real" pages, that would be highly welcome, of course. The nastiest issue (seemed to be a race condition between Annotator's and Yuma's DOM manipulations) seems fixed. But you never know ;-)

Hey Rainer,

I took it for a spin and the demo looks great!  Your to-do list and issues are also spot on.  I didn't see anything within that you haven't already logged.  If you need more intense stress testing, just let us know.  I'm glad to help.

Otherwise, this looks great!  Keep up the awesome work.

just a short notification on our progress with an image annotation plugin for Annotator (based on our Yuma image annotation tool). We have now set up a preview demo of this here:

The demo page has Annotator's annotation functionality enabled as normal. But in addition, you can click and drag to select & annotate box regions on the image.

There are a few known issues still to be addressed (and probably a range of undiscovered bugs as well ;-) But in the mean time we'd be happy to hear your feedback!
