[annotator-dev] running annotator tests

Hi all,

I'm just getting up to speed with writing a plugin to support some
annotator-store work I did for cross-format-annotations [1] (more on
that later).

I love seeing that effort was made to test the annotator (makes my
life easier). But I'm a bit unclear on how to run the test suite,
perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

  % tools/test_phantom
  0 tests complete (1 ms)

I'm testing with okfn's annotator-store [2] and phantomjs v1.8.2. Any
help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
