[annotator-dev] New Annotator Symfony Bundle

Hello,

We decided to use Annotator for a project of ours and saw a need for an
Annotator Symfony Bundle. We released phase one of this today at
https://packagist.org/packages/caxy/annotation-bundle.

I wasn't sure who to notify, but I figured you'd be interested.
