[annotator-dev] Annotator v2.0 work-in-progress

Hi all,

I've pushed a branch with some very early-stage work on Annotator v2.0. I'm
focusing mainly on extracting most of the persistence logic from core
Annotator, and simplifying the Store plugin requirements through use of an
intermediate Registry object.

If anyone has any feedback, it would be gratefully received:
