[annotator-dev] cross-format-annotations post

I just wrote up a blog post over at hypothes.is about some work we
have been doing to enable cross-format-annotations:

This work landed in okfn annotator and annotator-store repos last
week, in the form of the Document plugin, which you can enable like
other plugins. The only caveat is that you need to be running the
annotator-store to get the benefit of persisting the document metadata
it collects. Many thanks to Nick and Randall for their code review,
and merging jujitsu.

Questions, comments, quibbles would be most welcome here, or on the
hypothes.is dev list [1].
