[annotator-dev] Annotator Event to change the annotations call

Is it possibile to change the url called by annotator to request persisted
annotations?

For example instead of just calling http://localhost:5000/annotations I'd
like to call http://localhost:5000/annotations?type=red, to load only "red"
annotations.
