[annotator-dev] Added new features to share plugins

Hi all,

I have changed the Share plugin features and I would like tell you here.
The new features are:
 - Added new social networks by options, explained in
https://github.com/danielcebrian/share-annotator. With this behavior you
can add your own share webpage.
 - Added new desing separate from the annotator viewer and editor. It is
better in order to have more social networks.
 - Added a text field to copy the url generate in stead of share.
 - It will be removed the dirty url webpage when someone open the link.

If anyone has some idea of how to continue improving, please let me know.
