[annotator-dev] Annotation window resize on Annotator v1.2.7

I'm experiencing a window resize problem with Annotator 1.2.7, jQuery
1.11.1.  with FF/Chrome.

Any attempt to reduce the size of the window actually just increases the
annotation window size further.

Is this a known issue, and if so, has this been resolved in a specific
version?
