[annotator-dev] Save annotation

Are you looking to generate a file and maybe use the browser's File API, or
save the original page with the browser's normal save/export page feature
in a way that the annotations are included.

One approach might be for us to add the annotations to the document in
hidden divs, create a plugin to read these when the annotator loads, and
maybe also show them with a print stylesheet.

Please try to describe more about your wish.
