[annotator-dev] Documentation Update

Hi fellow annotator-devs,

We just had a great call about Annotator 2.0 documentation.  There are few
bits to report:

1) Check out our new documentation site here: http://docs.annotatorjs.org/

2) Annotator 2.0.0 is imminent but not quite ready for prime time.

3) Here are the full notes from our most recent community call:
