[annotator-dev] OA Icon

Hi,

A while back, there was back and forth about creating an icon for our 
github organization, Open Annotation. Anna Gerber had provided a few 
drawings (see attached) with ideas and I haven't had the time to 
translate these into SVG / Photoshopped icons.

Is anyone else interested and available to create the OA icon from these 
graphics? Ideally we'd be looking for an SVG file as well as a 
JPG/PNG/GIF to use on github.
