[annotator-dev] What is uniquely Annotator?

Hi Benjamin,

There are other, much  simpler libraries that can do
highlights. e.g.
   https://github.com/tzicatl/jquery.wrapSelection

Therefore, for me the core is (fuzzy) anchoring. Which
is not part of annotator right now...
