Thanks for further information on your event!

I have looked at your plans and discovered that the date for the event
is not fixed, but it will be based on the feedback from registrants.
You have proposed four options - four weekends starting at the 6th a
7th of August and ending at the 1st and 2nd of October.

I think if you can fix the date as soon as possible, we can ask others
(i.e., ScraperWiki, Finnish participants of Big Clean, Open Knowledge
Foundation) to join us in this "virtual" distributed event. Do you
think it's possible to decide on the date up-front, some time before
the actual event?

If this will become an international event, we should decide on
communication tools - e.g., IRC channel, Twitter hash-tag, maybe some
video-conferencing. Also, if you'll write an announcement of the
event, I'll be more than happy to forward it to the relevant mailing
lists (e.g., okfn-cz) to spread the word more.
