  [#1576,tests][xs]: remove test_stats.py in ckan tests.

* Follow up to 75df022d8eb1fabdbf0263ac511aa827031ed9ed where lib/stats.py removed. Test not only broken but not needed as have tests in ckanext/stats/.
* As for last commit somewhat mystified as I could swear I did a grep for ckan.lib.stats while working on #1576 branch.
