  [ec] Remove repoze.who.openid plugin as openid is
not being used. It does not work correctly if
site is not at '/' (see trac ticket #1659).
Fixes problem with logging out.

Note: for a quick fix, enable the CKAN openid
patch by setting openid_enabled = true in the
CKAN config.
