  [#698] Makes group listing on homepage consistant height and length and such

Simply adds max-height to content to ensure list items are all of the same
height, also adds truncation to the title, decreases the truncation length of
the group description to make sure it's always on one line and adds a
min-height to the box to ensure that it's always the same height (even if there
is only 1 result)
