  [#479] Add tests for example_idatasetform

This cannot be merged into master yet because the tests will fail when
Travis runs them.

If you edit your `test-core.ini`, set:

    legacy_templates = no
    plugins=example_idatasetform

and then run:

    nosetests --ckan --with-pylons=test-core.ini ckanext/example_idatasetform/tests

then the tests will pass.

This is not the best test module every maybe it should be improved
before merging too.
