  Updated documentation of interfaces

* Removed authz_add/remove_role from IPackageController, IOrganizationController and IGroupController
* Added docstrings to undocumented methods
* Now sphinx shows all, even undocumented classes and interfaces from `ckan.plugins.interfaces`
