[ckan-committers] Access to CKAN servers and services

Hi all,

To make sure every member of the tech team has access to
CKAN-maintenance related servers and services, could you provide me
with the following so I can give you access (please create any account
you need)

* You public SSH key and favourite unix user name (to give you access
to the packaging server)
* Transifex user name (http://transifex.com/)
* Read the docs user name (https://readthedocs.org/)
* PyPI user name (http://pypi.python.org/)
