Steven has independently identified a number of serious CKAN security
issues, and indicated that he has resources to fix some of them. Let's
ask him to elect someone that we can add to the ckan-security repo so
that we can provide feedback on the fixes proposed.

We don't have a process for approving non-core members access for the
ckan-security repo, so let's assume we need unanimous approval.
