Hi Sergey and others,

I'm happy to officially welcome Sergey Motornyuk to the tech team.

Nothing much will change (I believe you already have commit access to the
main repo) but now you can brag about it with your friends :)

We use this mailing list very occasionally for internal stuff and new
members votes.

It's great to have on board, thanks for you contributions so far.
