[ckan-committers] SG members in GitHub org

Done.
The current members are members of specific teams (ie restricted to
specific extension or project repos).
Please let me know if something is off.

Members of the SG, I've added you to the Contributors and Ideas team which
gives Read access to the main ckan repo and the ideas and roadmap one
(essentially allowing to be assigned to issues)
