Uhm,
I get 

genshi.template.base.TemplateSyntaxError: unbound prefix: line 10, column 4 (/home/steko/Documenti/OKFN/isitopen/isitopen/templates/guide.html, line 10)

e.g. the first use of i18n:msg="" in the first template it finds. Am I
missing some piece of software other than babel and genshi?
