Right, once the mirror is already populated it would be better, but
we can do better still. And the point remains that revisions are an
implementation detail of CKAN that clients won't care about and having
to process them needlessly complicates a client's code when the fix
on the server is quite easy.

On the other hand this lets me also see revisions to groups, in
principle, and I am also interested in modelling them...

] Utc for all timestamps with current versions of ckan. (i need to add

This is fine - if UTC is the convention then we don't need time zones.
